Despite our best efforts, we all get burnt out, overwhelmed, or stuck and can’t find a way out. I help people discover themselves fully and effectively navigate blockers to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

There are several different types of psychotherapies available. I use evidence-based therapies that are heavily researched, have higher rates of success, and provide quicker results than other approaches. I see the end goal of therapy as learning how to be your own therapist. And my role in that is to provide you with the tools and insight to do just that.
